What we collect
Only what is needed to answer a request: first name, last name, phone, email, number of guests, request type, your optional message, and how you heard about the event. For professional enquiries we also store company, location and desired date.
Why we collect it
To let the venue team contact you and confirm availability, and to understand which events, artists and channels generate interest. We also store the marketing tags of the link you arrived through, and the referring website.
Who sees it
The ÉDITIONS team and the venue hosting the édition you requested. We do not sell your details and we do not use them for unrelated marketing.
How long we keep it
Requests are kept for the duration of the season and then reviewed. Every request carries the date and time it was submitted.
Your rights
You can ask us to access, correct or delete your request at any time by replying to the venue team or writing to us. Deletion is immediate on request.
